Guidelines governing the use of Smartline Core services.
By accessing or using Smartline Core LLC services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement and may be updated periodically.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Smartline Core LLC, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Continued use of services implies agreement with any future revisions.
Service Provision
We provide recruitment support, RPO, MSP coordination, onboarding assistance, and related services as agreed during onboarding.
Payment Terms
Charges are invoiced based on agreed pricing and payable within 30 days. Refunds apply only if agreed service standards are not met.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback to ensure smooth service delivery.
Confidentiality: All shared information is treated as confidential and used strictly for agreed purposes. Obligations survive termination.
Termination: Clients may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Smartline Core may terminate for breach or non-payment with appropriate notice.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Wyoming, USA law. Disputes are resolved via arbitration in Cheyenne, WY.
Communication & Text Messaging Policy
Text Message Communications: We use text messaging to communicate with you about your service. Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opt-Out Option: Opt-out of text message communications. You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying to any message with STOP, or contacting us at info@smartlinecore.com. This will end the communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by the Company, and you may opt out of those similarly.
